QUICK ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS
1. If your username stops working or doesn't work on your first visit remember to double check the "case".... always remember that upper and lower case MAKES A DIFFERENCE and "password" is not the same as "PASSWORD".
2. If you sent in a ticket or emailed us directly and you didn't get a response send us a new ticket. We reply to every email we get! If you don't receive a response then odds are we got a "this user email isn't valid" from your provider so double check your reply email address in your email software. There is nothing we can do about wrong email addresses other than guess so please double check your return email address and then resubmit a ticket below.
